
Community Arts Uncovered is an open-access digital humanities project that preserves, digitizes, and maps theatrical stories and biographies along with performance ephemera from the United States, circa 1880-1930.
The project is managed by Shakespeare scholar and community-based theatre historian, William Wolfgang, PhD. In addition to a mapping exhibit in development (see below), the project currently features two primary exhibits: 1) Faries in the Short Grass: The Charlie Edwards Project, and 2) Ephemeral Mysteries.
